Notices on behalf of respondents no. 1 to 4 have been accepted by the Standing Counsel, notice on behalf of respondent no.5 has been accepted by Sri Punit Kumar Gupta and Sri W.H.Khan, notice on behalf of respondent no.6 has been accepted by Sri Ajit Kumar and notice on behalf of respondent no. 7 has been accepted by Sri S.S. Nigam. They pray and are granted ten days' time to file counter affidavit and one week thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.

The petitioner has filed an application for amendment of the writ petition. This application is allowed. The amendments may be carried out within three days. The respondents, who have already filed counter affidavit to the writ petition , may file supplementary counter affidavit to the
amended writ petition and others may file counter affidavit to the amended writ petition within ten days and one week thereafter is granted to file rejoinder affidavit or supplementary rejoinder affidavit as the case may be.

In this writ petition the petitioner has also filed an application for impleadment of Sri Suresh Chandra Sharma and Riddhi Siddhi Portfolio Management Services Private Limited as respondents no. 6 and 7. The application for impleadment and the amendment is allowed. The petitioner may carry out amendments within three days.
Mr. K.M.Garg has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no.6 and Mr. Punit Kumar Gupta has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no.7.
