Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has not received any counter affidavit. Six weeks further time is granted to the learned counsel for the Opp. parties to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit if any may be filed within two weeks next thereafter. List this matter after expiry of the aforesaid period.

Interim order dated 25.11.2004 is extended and shall hold good till next listing.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to inform the learned counsel for the Opp. Parties in writing about the order passed today. The learned counsel shall produce receipt of information sent to the learned counsel for the Opp. parties on the next date fixed.
