The contention of the petitioner is that he has a valid Fair Price Shop licence in his favour, which has neither been cancelled nor suspended but despite that, the supplies have been stopped. In this respect, the petitioner, may make a representation to the respondent No. 6, District Supply Officer, Etawah, the newly created district Auraiya (respondent No. 6) along with a certified copy of this order. Upon receipt of such a representation, the respondent No. 6 will pass appropriate reasoned orders within a period of one month either restoring the supplies or communicating the reasons for stoppage of such supplies.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
