Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA and perused the record.

Issue notice to respondent no.2 returnable within six weeks.

List on 28th October 2005.  

The petitioner is directed to deposit the entire maintenance allowance payable from the date of application @ Rs.500/- per month  in three instalments i.e. Within two weeks from today and the arrears of maintenance allowance payable from the date of order i.e. 7.10.2004 in three installments within four weeks thereafter and continues to pay Rs.500/- per month to the respondent concerned.   In case of default, the court concerned shall proceed in accordance with law.
