Heard and also perused the materials on the record.
It is said that the petitioner has a Tailoring shop and he has nothing to with the offences registered at Case Crime No. 1238 of 2005, under sections 363, 366 I.P.C. police station Chandpur, district Bijnor. Whatever allegations are appearing in the written report pertain to a third person (petitioner's cousin) and for that no criminal liability may be fixed against the petitioner. He has been earning his livelihood from the Tailoring shop. He has been harassed by the police for no reason whatsoever.
Having regards the facts and circumstances of the case the respondents are directed not to take any coercive measures against the petitioners till any cogent evidence appears against him.
The petition is disposed of accordingly.
