The petitioner was a rival candidate for the post of Gram Pradhan, Gram Panchayat Malihapur, Nyay Panchayat Fattepur Kapoorapur, Block Umarda, Tehsil Tirwa, district Kannauj. The election was held and result has been declared on 25th August, 2005 in which respondent no.6 has been declared elected. If the petitioner has any grievance against declaration of the result and the election of respondent no.6 she may file an election petition before the appropriate authority.

The writ petition is misconceived which is hereby dismissed.
