Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Advocate who represents respondent no. 3.
Challenge in this petition is the notice dated 30.9.2003. Writ petition has been rightly reported as barred by time by 1 year and 259 days.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he was approaching the concerned authorities by moving various representations but no heed has been paid so far. In view of the aforesaid this petition is disposed of with the direction to the concerned authority to take appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner if it has not been decided so far in accordance with law preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the representation moved earlier.
Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
