Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

Sri S.K. Rai, Advocate, has accepted notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2. He prays for and is granted time till 26th September 2005 to file a counter affidavit. The applicants will have three days' time thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.

List this Revision on 30th September 2005.

Till next date of listing further proceedings in JSCC Suit No.1 of 2002, pending before Additional District Judge, Court No.7, Saharanpur, shall remain stayed.
