Raj Kumar Chhabra v. Smt. Harjeet Kaur & Others - WRIT - C No. 62477 of 2005 RD-AH 3396 (22 September 2005)
Hon'ble Anjani Kumar, J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner, aggrieved by an order passed by the trial court purported to be under Order IV-A of Code of Civil Procedure, directing consolidation of two suits no.164 of 2003 and 101 of 2003, approached the revisional court. The revisional court maintained the order passed by the trial court holding that there is no error much less an error of law which may warrant the revisional court to interfere with the order passed by the trial court. Aggrieved thereby the petitioner approached this Court by means of this writ petition.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to demonstrate that the orders impugned in the present writ petition suffer from manifest error of law so as to warrant interference by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
The writ petition has no force and is accordingly dismissed.
