Shri Mohd. Isha Khan accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 and 3. He prays for and is granted one month's time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks. List thereafter on 12th December, 2005.

As an interim measure it is provided that as the petitioner has already filed his objection, the respondent No. 3 may proceed to decide the said objections in accordance with law. However, the amount of House Tax shall not be recovered on the enhanced proposed value prior to the date of the notice.
