Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.

The main role has been assigned to one Nishad Garg alias Neetu Garg who was ordered to be released on bail on 8.8.05 by Hon. C.P. Misra,J. The present applicant has not been given the role of causing the injury.

Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.

Let the applicant Manoj Kumar Gupta involved in case crime No. 291 of 2004 under section 364,302, 201 IPC  P.S..Kotwali , district Kanpurr Nagar, to be released on bail subject to  his executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of C.M.M. Kanpur Nagar.
