Co-accuse having identical case was released on bail by order dated 14.7.05 .

Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, the applicant are entitled to be released on bail.

Let the applicants Rajendra and Raju involved in case crime No. 24 of 2005 under section 498-A, 304-B  IPC and ¾ D.P. Act  P.S..Arnia, district Bulandshahar, to be released on bail subject to  their executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Bulandshahar.
