Dr. K. Abdul Sattar v. U.P. Sunni Central Board Of Waqf & Others - WRIT - C No. 62683 of 2005 RD-AH 3670 (29 September 2005)
Civil Misc. W.P. No. 62683 of 2005
Hon'ble Sushil Harkauli, J.
Hon'ble Umeshwar Pandey, J.
Heard both sides.
The complaints made by the petitioner are absolutely vague. They do not mention any details. The objection of the Waqf is that the complainant and the office bearers of the Waqf are not on good terms and litigation is going on between the parties and, therefore, the complaints are motivated. The U.P. Sunni Central Board of Waqf by its order dated 22nd June 2005 has believed the contention of the respondents and has refused to further investigate the matter.
Having regard to the situation, where the complaint is so vague, we are not inclined to interfere.
The writ petition is dismissed as above.
