1. This is a writ petition against the notice under section 13(4) of Securitisation and Reconstruction of of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

2. We have heard counsel for the petitioner and Sri Tarun Verma, counsel for respondents. The petitioner may, if he is so advised, file an application under section 17 of the Act.

3. With these observations the writ petition is dismissed.
