Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Padia for the respondents.
If the matter has not been finalised and the petitioner submits an affidavit exactly tallying with the proforma required, subject to the facts admitting such affidavit being given, the respondents will reconsider their order rejecting the petitioner's candidature subject to the compliance with this order by the petitioner within ten days.
This order will not apply if the matter is finalised before the date on which the documents as above are submitted to the petitioner.
Copy of this order be issued on payment of requisite charges within 24 hours.
Writ petition is disposed of.
