The grievance of the petitioner is that though he submitted the documents for payment the maturity amount of the policy, he has yet to receive the payment. His representation 19.7.2004 is still pending disposal.
Heard Sri Hari Om Ojha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Prakash Padia, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent nos.2 to 4.
The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.4 to take a final decision in the matter in accordance with law within one month from the date a certified copy of this order alongwith a copy of the said representation is filed before him. It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated upon the claim on merits.
