Sri Gaurav Kacker, learned counsel has put in his appearance on behalf of the respondent no.4.  He prays for and is granted two weeks' time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within one week thereafter.

List on 11th November 2005.

Till then the operation of the orders dated 14.6.2005 and 19.9.2005 passed by the courts below shall remain stayed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the property is still lying with the receiver named Gajender. The property shall remain with him  till then.
