Heard Sri Ram Kishore Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri Prakash Padia, learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2.
It is alleged that the dealership for diesel and lubricating oil for the village "Gaurahari" has not yet been allotted to any dealer. If the petitioner makes a representation to the respondent no.2 mentioning the petitioner is eligible and how the petitioner could not make the application for dealership on account of wrong name of village being mentioned in the advertisement, in such event the respondent no.2 will examine the matter and pass such appropriate order, as may be necessary, on the representation of the petitioner within 15 days of the date on which the representation alongwith certified copy of this order is received by the respondent no.2.
With the aforesaid observation this petition is disposed of.
