Hon'ble Prakash Krishna,J.
Upon hearing of the parties, we are of view that the representation of the petitioner will be considered by the respondents upon giving fullest opportunity of hearing by reasoned order within two months from the date of communication of this order. For the purpose of effective adjudication a copy of the writ petition along with annexures can be treated as part and parcel of the representation. If during the course of consideration the authority concerned found that the grievance of the petitioner is genuine the retiral benefit will be considered irrespective of passing any order. Thus, the writ petition stands disposed of.
