The petitioner has approached this Court with the allegation that in spite of the contract for transportation of food commodity given to the petitioner's father ended sometime in the year 1996 , payment has not been made to him by the U.P. Ware Housing Corporation, Lucknow. The petitioner had made representations on 24th February, 1998 and 19th May, 1998. For more than seven years the petitioner has kept quiet. In the meantime, the normal period of limitation provided for filing a suit for recovery of the amount has already expired. The petitioner has approached this Court after seven years . The Court is afraid it cannot issue any direction.
The writ petition is misconceived and is dismissed.
