Although time was given to Sri Singh on 26.9.2005 to obtain necessary instruction but needed details has not come.

Be as it may, as prayed list this matter in the week commencing 24th October, 2005.

During the course of argument Sri Tripathi, learned Advocate placed before this Court written letter by the Branch Manager by which an amount of Rs. 42,200/- was to be deposited by 15.6.2005 under the one time settlement scheme.

Be as it may, on these facts it is directed that till the next date of listing no amount will be recovered from the petitioner by taking any coercive process pursuant to the citation dated 1.6.2005 (annexure no. 3 to the writ petition).
