1. This is a writ petition is against the recovery of loan.
2. We have heard counsel for petitioners and standing counsel for the respondents.
3. In the circumstances of the case, the petitioners may file separate representations before respondent no. 4. In case any such representations are filed, they may be decided by the concerned respondent by a speaking order, if possible, within one month from the date of receipt of the representations. The petitioners will file certified copy of this order; other necessary documents and duly stamped self-addressed envelope along with their representations. The concerned respondent after taking decision will communicate the same to the petitioners.
4. With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
