The contention of the petitioner is that for the amount due against his son recovery proceedings are being initiated from the property belonging to the petitioner in which his son has no share.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel.

The petitioner may file his objection before the appropriate authority who shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties within one month. Till the decision of the objection the recovery warrant against the petitioner's son shall not be executed against the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations.
