The petitioner has applied for grant of licence for Saw Mill and in this connection he has also made a representation dated 12th May 2005 enclosed as Annexure-2 to the writ petition. According to the petitioner, the application is still pending and has not been decided.

On the above averments, we dispose of this writ petition finally requiring the respondent No. 2 to examine the matter in accordance with law and to dispose of application of the petitioner by an order containing reasons within a month of the date on which certified copy of this order is presented before the said respondent.
