HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Amitava Lala,J.

Hon'ble Prakash Krishna,J.

As we find that the prayer of the petitioner is innocuous in nature in considering the review and disposal of the same within the specific time, we dispose of the writ petition with the direction upon the authority concerned the respondent no.2 herein to dispose of the review petition within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order without unnecessarily adjourning the same.

Thus, the writ petition stands disposed of.  No order is passed as to costs.
