               The petitioner- a class IV employee in Nagar Nigam, Kanpur Nagar retried from service way back in January,1996. Neither his "

retiral dues nor arrears of salary have been paid to him. Pension is also not being paid to him. Hence this petition.

           The respondents are directed to either pay the retiral dues and arrears of salary of the petitioner due to him and further to pay his pension month by month, as and when it falls due or to show cause within a period of one month from today by filing counter affidavit. If counter affidavit is filed,  Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within 3 weeks thereafter.            

            List thereafter.
