Rejoinder affidavit has been filed on behalf of the applicant and it appears from its perusal that a counter affidavit was filed. However, counter affidavit is not on record. Office is directed to trance it and place the same on record.
Let notice be issued to Sri M.K. Shukla, Advocate, also for furnishing the date on which he filed counter affidavit and he may also be asked to produce a copy of the counter affidavit filed by him.
