Let the applicant Baggar alias Ram Prasad involved in case crime No. 147 of 2005 under sections 306, 120-B IPC P.S. Kotwali , district Banda, be released on bail subject to his executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Banda.
