Dr. Neha Arora And Another v. State Of U.P. And Others - WRIT - A No. 67866 of 2005 RD-AH 4772 (25 October 2005)
Hon'ble Yatindra Singh,J.
This is a writ petition challenging the selection process.
We have heard counsel for the petitioner, the Standing Counsel for the the respondents.
The petitioner has already moved a representation dated 11.7.2005 before respondent no. 2 and as it has not been decided, the present writ petition has been filed.
In the circumstances of the case, it would be appropriate that the petitioner's representation dated 11.7.2005 may be decided by respondent no. 2 by a reasoned order at an early date, if possible, within three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order. The petitioner along with certified copy of this order will also file a copy of the aforesaid representation, other necessary documents and a duly stamped self addressed envelope. The concerned authority after taking decision will communicate the same to the petitioner.
With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
