Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Sri P.K. Singh, learned counsel, who has accepted notice on behalf of the respondent no. 3. Sri P.K. Singh prays for and is granted three week's time to file counter affidavit. The petitioner will have two weeks' thereafter for filing rejoinder affidavit.
Issue notices to respondent nos. 2, 4 and 5 returnable at an early date.
List immediately after expiry of the aforesaid period.
Till the next date of listing, the parties are directed to maintain the status-quo as on today with regard to the property in dispute. However, the trial Court is directed to decide the application for grant of injunction filed by the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
