               The petitioner  retired from service on 31.1.2003.  As a considerable portion of his retiral dues has been withheld by the respondent-Bank, hence this petition.

             The respondents are directed to either pay the deducted amount of retiral dues of the petitioner to him with 10% compound interest from the due date till the date of payment or to show cause within a period of one month from today by filing counter affidavit. If counter affidavit is filed,  Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within 3 weeks thereafter.      

            List thereafter.
