1. This writ petition is against the notice under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (the Act).

2. We have heard counsel for the petitioner and standing counsel for the respondents. The petitioner may, if he is so advised, file an application before the Bank or file application under section 17 of the Act.

3. With these observations, the writ petition is dismissed.
