Heard learned counsel for the appellants and  Learned A.G.A.

The appeal be admitted.

Let the appellants namely Rajendra, Sant Lal and Mewa Lal, involved in S.T. No. 548 of 1998, under Sections 325/34 and 323/34 I.P.C., Police Station Handia, District Allahabad, be released on bail subject to their  furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court concerned. The realisation of fine to the extent of ½ shall remain stayed.
