Petitioner seeks compassionate appointment and in that regard the petitioner refers to the affidavit dated 19.10.2003 by his mother.

Without entering into the merits of the claim set up by the petitioner for such compassionate appointment, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner for such appointment strictly in accordance with law preferably within four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before respondent no. 2.

Respondent no. 2 shall pass reasoned speaking order.

Writ petition is disposed of.
