HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Sushil Harkauli, J.

Hon'ble Vikram Nath, J.

There is a cut off date to apply to the Chief Medical Officer for registration for practicing in the district. If application for such registration is not made within the cut off date, an application can be made to the learned Single Judge (Hon. Sunil Ambwani, J.) in the pending contempt proceedings mentioning reasons why the application was not made within the time limit and seek appropriate direction. We would not like to pass a conflicting order in this writ petition. Therefore, the petitioner may move an application before the learned Single Judge for appropriate direction.

The writ petition is dismissed, as above.
