The respondent No. 1 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 24.3.2005 in respect of the payment of arrears of Freedom Fighters' Pension to the petitioner, who claims to be widow of Freedom Fighter since 1980 by a reasoned order within three months of the date on which certified copy of this order along with a fresh copy of the representation is presented before the respondent No. 1.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
