Heard Sri A.P.S.Raghav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri K.L.Grover, learned  counsel for the respondent No.2.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner is allowed 6 month's time to deposit entire amount with the Bank.   Incase of default, the writ petition shall stand automatically dismissed with costs.

Accordingly the  writ petition is disposed of.
