This is a writ petition against allotment order dated 30.10.2004 allotting the premises in dispute to respondent no.4.

We have heard counsel for petitioner and standing counsel for the respondents. Respondents have filed a counter affidavit in which it has been stated that these houses have been constructed under pool housing scheme and were given for allotment to state employees. It is further stated that it is not only for allotment to education department. No rejoinder affidavit has been filed. The writ petition has no merit. It is dismissed.
