Heard Sri Bahlod Khare, Advocate on behalf of the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel on behalf of the respondents.

On the strength of note appended to the Advertisement for direct recruitment for the post of Health Worker (Female), the petitioner alleges that she is eligible for being considered for the said post. However, the respondents have not issued any call-letter till date to the petitioner and the process of selection is in progress.

In the facts and circumstances of the case with reference to the note appended to the Advertisement No. Pa.Ka./15/MPW/ Bharti/2005-06  dated 27th August, 2005, it is provided that the petitioner may make a detailed representation ventilating all her grievances before the Director General, Family Welfare, Directorate, U.P. Lucknow (respondent no.2), by Monday i.e. 5th December, 2005 along with a certified copy of this order. On such a representation is filed, the respondent no.2 shall ensure that if the petitioner is eligible for the said post in terms of the note appended to the aforesaid advertisement, the claim of petitioner shall be considered, failing which the respondent no.2 shall pass a reasoned speaking order, preferably within two weeks.

With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition is disposed of finally.

A certified copy of this order shall be issued to the learned counsel for the petitioner by tomorrow i.e. 1st December, 2005.
