Hon'ble Arun Tandon, J.
Heard counsel for the parties.
Petitioner who is employed as Bandi Rakshak in police department in the State of U.P. has filed this petitioner with a limited prayer that he may be permitted to retain the official accommodation allotted to him at Ghaziabad till the High School Examination of his ward, of the year 2005-06, is not finally completed.
In the opinion of the Court such difficulties pointed out by the petitioner require consideration by the department itself at the first instance. It is, therefore, that the petitioner may make a representation ventilating all his grievances before respondent no. 5 within one week from today along with certified copy of this order.
On such representation being made the respondent no. 5 shall call for the records and shall pass a reasoned speaking order, preferably within two weeks, thereafter.
Writ petition is disposed of.
