Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State and perused the record.
Now the prayer of the learned counsel for the applicants is that the bail application of the applicants be disposed of expeditiously.
Under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event the applicants put in their appearance before the court below and make application for bail in Case Crime no. 232 of 2005, their bail application shall be disposed of as expeditiously as may be convenient in accordance with law and in case learned magistrate does not find it fit case to release the applicant no. 3 (lady) on bail, she shall be released on personal bond of Rs.10,000/-and shall remain on the same personal bonds till the final disposal of her bail application, if any, by the court of Sessions.
With these observations, the application is disposed of.
