The appellants have been given the role of catching hold. Let appellants Veer Singh and Narain Singh convicted and sentenced under section 302 read with section 34 IPC in Sessions Trial no. 457 of 2000( State Vs. Bhawani Singh & others) be released on bail during the pendency of appeal each of his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhansi.
The realization of fine against the appellants, namely, Veer Singh and Narain Singh shall remain stayed till further orders.
The C.J.M, Jhansi shall send photocopies of personal and surety bonds executed and furnished by and on behalf of the accused- appellants to this Court soon thereafter.
