Notice on behalf of respondent no.1 has been accepted by the learned standing counsel. Notice on behalf of respondent nos. 2,3 and 4 has been accepted by Sri Pankaj Mittal. They pray for and are allowed a month's time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within three weeks thereafter.

List thereafter.

Recovery of the impugned amount shall remain stayed provided the petitioner furnishes adequate security to the satisfaction of respondent no.4 within 30 days from today. The respondent shall not insist upon furnishing the security in the form of cash or bank guarantee.  In the even of default in furnishing the security within the time specified the impugned order stands automatically vacated.
