Chandra Pal v. State Of U.P. Thru' Principal Secy. & Others - WRIT - C No. 68066 of 2005 [2005] RD-AH 5506 (10 November 2005)
|
Hon'ble R.K.Agrawal, J.
Hon'ble Saroj Bala, J.
By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the District Magistrate, Agra to decide his representation dated 25th June, 2005 wherein he has stated that he be not dispossessed forcibly by his landlord, Phool Singh, from Shop No.4, House No. 44A/215, situated at Bodhla, Agra Road, Agra and further permit him to make repairs. The application is wholly misconceived as under the U.P. Urban Building (Regulation of Letting, Rent and Eviction) Act, 1972 sufficient provisions have been made for such type of eventualities.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to file an application before the appropriate authority as provided under the aforesaid Act for redressal of his grievances.
