Petitioner on the strength of allegations that he has been working since 1991 seeks regular appointment in the Registration department of the State of U.P. From the records the Court is not satisfied that, there is sufficient material to substantiate the allegation of working of the petitioner regularly since 1991. Today alsopetitioner could not disclose the information which was asked for under order of this Court dated 8.11.2005.
At this stage, counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach the competent court under the U.P. Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. In view of the aforesaid statement the present writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Labour Court under the provisions of the U.P. Industrial Disputes Act for redressal of the grievance raised.
