    Learned Standing Counsel who represents respondents prays for and is granted six weeks time to file counter affidavit. The petitioner will have three weeks thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.

 

  Until further orders, the operation of the order dated 30.7.2003 passed by the Assistant Collector (Stamp), Sonbhadra and the order dated 30.12.2004 passed by the  Commissioner, Vindhyachal Region, Mirzapur.  shall remain stayed provided the petitioner deposits within a period of six weeks from today half of the amount payable under the impugned orders before the Assistant Collector (Stamp),  Sonbhadra. Any amount deposited by the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned orders shall be adjusted. In case of default this order shall stand discharged.
