The petitioner claims that for certain works performed by the petitioner for the respondents, certain payments are due and bills of the petitioner are still outstanding.
According to the petitioner, the respondent no. 5 is the authority to take the decision in the matter.
In the circumstances, we finally dispose of this writ petition requiring the respondent no. 5 to consider by a reasoned order, the claims of the petitioner, if made point-wise in a detailed representation giving the amount due to each claim and supporting each claim by copies of the relevant documents and presented before the respondent no. 5 along with a certified copy of this order. The decision will be taken by the respondent no. 5 within two months of the date when the documents are received by him.
