Hon'ble Sushil Harkauli, J.
Hon'ble Shiv Shanker, J.
A short complaint has been made by the petitioner, the investigation of which should not take much time because it requires comparison of the address given in the domicile certificate with the address given in the registered deed dated 31.6.2005, and comparison of the photograph on the registered sale deed with the photograph of the papers submitted to the Oil Company for interview. Sri Tarun Varma, representing the respondent No. 1 has shown a letter dated 26.9.2005 according to which the complaint of the petitioner is being processed.
We, therefore, direct the respondent company to complete the process of investigation and take a reasoned decision in the mater within one month from today.
With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
