Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State and perused the record.

The present petition is finally disposed of with the direction that the trial court shall proceed expeditiously with the case proceedings and dispose of the same    within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of the order, after providing proper opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned.   Till then the petitioner shall pay Rs.300/- per month as maintenance allowance payable from the date of order i.e. 5.1.2005.
