HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Sushil Harkauli, J.

Hon'ble Vikram Nath, J.

The petitioner has already instituted a civil suit in which he obtained interim injunction.  The basic allegation in this writ petition is that the private respondent is acting in violation of that injunction order.  The petitioner has an efficacious remedy under Order 39 Rule 2-A C.P.C.

In the circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition.  It is accordingly dismissed.
